How it works
From connected source to scheduled digest in three steps
No dashboards to remember, no queries to write. Set it up once and the numbers arrive.
Connect a read-only source
Stripe, Shopify, or HubSpot with a restricted API key. Credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest — the UI only ever shows the last four characters.
Confirm the field mapping
ReportSnap introspects your synced schema and suggests a matching template. You review the mapping and confirm it — nothing runs until you do.
Get scheduled digests
Each report runs on its own schedule: fresh sync, recomputed metrics, and an email digest to everyone who needs it. Alerts surface the moment a connection breaks.
Templates
Start from a template that fits your data
Every metric is a vetted query with hand-computed expected values. Connect a source and ReportSnap picks the matching template for you.
SaaS Revenue
MRR, new vs. churned revenue, and ARPU computed from your subscription charges.
Payments Health
Gross volume, refund and failure rates, and weekly net revenue from your payment charges.
E-commerce Sales
Gross revenue, order volume, average order value, and weekly revenue from your store orders.
CRM Funnel
Open pipeline, won value, win rate, and stage distribution from your CRM deals.
Features
Everything a reporting pipeline should do, done properly
Built to never be silently wrong — every failure is classified, every digest is accounted for.
AI field matching, human-confirmed
ReportSnap suggests which template fits your schema and maps each field — you review and confirm before anything runs. Wrong guesses degrade to missing fields, never wrong numbers.
Schema drift detection
When a source changes shape, affected reports flip to needs attention with an alert naming the exact fields. A breaking drift is critical; a small change is just a note.
Multi-recipient digests
Each report delivers one message per recipient — your finance team, execs, and board each get the digest addressed to them, with per-recipient delivery status.
Slack failure alerts
Auth failures, rate limits, and source outages are classified with a suggested fix and posted to Slack. Your reports never stop silently.
Team workspaces
Invite your team with per-plan seats, admin and member roles, a full audit trail of who granted whom access, and ownership transfer when people move on.
Encrypted credentials
Source credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest, decrypted only inside job handlers, and never shown — the UI displays the last four characters at most.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Which data sources do you support?
Stripe, Shopify, and HubSpot today, with more connectors planned. Each syncs a curated set of resources — charges, orders, and deals — that feed the four template reports.
Do you need write access to my accounts?
No. A read-only or restricted API key is all ReportSnap needs — it never writes to your accounts. Credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest, decrypted only inside job handlers, and the UI shows at most the last four characters.
How do scheduled digests work?
Each report runs on its own timezone-aware schedule. Every run does a fresh sync, recomputes the metrics, and emails the digest to every recipient. If fresh data can't be fetched, the last good snapshot is delivered again with a clear stale marker — never silent silence.
What happens when a source's schema changes?
ReportSnap detects drift on every sync. An added field is an informational alert; a removed or type-changed field that a report depends on flips that report to needs attention with a critical alert naming the exact fields. Re-map in a few clicks to recover.
Can my team get the reports too?
Yes. Digests support multiple recipients (capped by plan), and workspaces let you invite teammates with admin or member roles, a seat count per plan, and a full audit trail of membership changes.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes — free forever with one connected source and one scheduled report. Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Business trial so you can try the full experience first, no credit card required.
